Need a Local Lawyer?

Let Us Know How We Can Help

We offer smart, sophisticated, and agile joint representation services uniquely tailored to fit the needs of you and your client.

WE KNOW THE COURT RULES

We are knowledgeable of all local, state, and federal courts in the Spokane area.  We have worked with lawyers throughout the United States who are prosecuting or defending claims in the following courts:  Spokane County Superior Court, Spokane County District Court, and the United Stated District Court for the Eastern District of Washington

we have a wide variety of complex litigation experience

As local or co-counsel, we have assisted in successfully prosecuting plaintiffs' breach of contract cases, consumer class actions, sexual harassment and assault, lemon law and auto dealer fraud, wrongful repossession, wrongful conviction, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act claims.  While we are predominantly a plaintiffs' firm, we do routinely serve as local counsel for out-of-state lawyers representing consumers who are unfairly named as defendants in wrongful debt collection cases.

we tailor our fees for you

Every case is different and we strive to be fair and reasonable in our fees for serving as local counsel. Our flexible payment structure includes hourly rates, flat-fees, fee-shifting cases, and contingency fees.  We don't create problems; we solve them.  That's why we always structure our fees to align with the best interest of the client and his or her specific case.

we give you a competitive edge in court

The Law Office of Boyd M. Mayo, PLLC and its lawyer, Mack Mayo, have years of complex class action, commercial, and consumer fraud litigation experience.  Our goal is efficient and swift problem resolution.  To the extent litigation through trial is required, our substantial trial, arbitration, and appellate experience, including arguing before Washington Courts of Appeal and the Washington Supreme Court, gives you a competitive edge in any court proceeding.
