About Mack Mayo

A graduate of Charleston School of Law, Mr. Mayo has been perennially selected as a Top Spokane Lawyer and Super Lawyer Rising Star with a private practice focused on consumer protection, class action, and sexual abuse litigation.  He has represented thousands of clients individually and in class actions, recovering compensation for financial or personal injuries caused by a variety of misconduct, including unfair and deceptive business practices, auto dealer fraud and lemon vehicles, illegal debt settlement programs, wrongful conviction, child rape and sexual abuse, and workplace sexual harassment.  Mack has tried cases to verdict, been appointed as class counsel by numerous courts in highly complex consumer class actions, successfully briefed or argued several cases before the Washington Supreme Court, worked with the Innocence Project seeking justice for those wrongly convicted, and been involved in many multi-million dollar recoveries.  He is also the co-chair of the WSAJ Consumer Protection Committee and has worked with the WSAJ Amicus Committee in protecting the rights of consumers to bring class actions for consumer fraud in court, as opposed to forced arbitration.  Mack is a happily married father of one daughter, Emery.  When away from the office, Mack can be found fly-fishing, skiing, camping, hiking, or paddle boarding in Great Pacific Northwest.
